Little White Books Shoot

Picture this, Sandy and Danny are tying the knot in the year 2023. Easy peasy – enter the team at Little White Books with their Grease inspired shoot here onsite at Mytton Fold Hotel. The overall set up theme created by the team at Sophisticated Events included subtle and soft shades of pink and ivory throughout, from the tablecloths to the stationery, the glassware, and everything in-between.

The table settings of dreams throughout the light and airy Abbey Suite, feature blush charger plates and napkins, ornate glassware, along with themed cake pop favours from Polka Pops, bold graphic table names and place cards from New Cards on the Block, and of course the showstopper – a four tier understated cake with statement dried florals, fresh from Bailey’s Bakes.

But how could it be Grease shoot without that iconic leather jacket? To inject a little bit of Rock’n’roll, we of course opted for custom leather jackets from Signed by Jen, perfect for your big day - worn by Chris and Lydia (or Danny and Sandy as we renamed them).

For the pink kissed ceremony shots, both models were dressed by Lottie’s Bridal Boutique who certainly hit the ‘pink’ brief, dressing Chris in a classic John Travolta black Tuxedo, complete with a soft pink waistcoat, whilst Lydia wowed in the most perfect delicate blush Sophia Tolli dress.

After a quick glam touch up from the lovely Beauty by Laura Jane and Hair by Lauren, the team took to the Mytton Fold gardens, visiting all of our favourite ‘forever after’ photograph spots. From the ceremony pagodas to the magical gardens and lanes, Christopher Lewis photography, and Gavin J Foley Wedding films captured it all.

What’s a photoshoot without the element of surprise? We incorporated some impromptu colourful smoke flares to celebrate the end of the shoot, capturing some dance moves as we partied on down the lane.
